Overview (Program Summary)
This follow-up session will put into practice the lessons from this morning's Part I panel presentation. Following a case study of a company developing marketing material for various internet channels, attendees will work to address one aspect of the case, while presenters role-play different case stakeholders, from marketing and customer service to influencers and musicians. Participants will tackle issues head-on, including copyright, trademark, licensing, #AD hashtagging, and more.
