Overview (Program Summary)
This session provides in-house attorneys with a practical understanding of how marketing functions inside a company. Participants will learn essential marketing terminology, core performance metrics, and how marketing teams plan, execute, and measure campaigns. Participants will gain insight into how PR and communications teams respond to product issues, regulatory investigations, litigation, data breaches, and other high-profile events. Attorneys will leave better prepared to collaborate with marketing and communications leaders and provide advice that supports both compliance and commercial objectives.
