Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC NortheastJoin ACC Northeast & Latitude for a important virtual discussion on June 9, 2026 from 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. ET
Calling all in-house attorneys – even if you aren’t currently exploring a job change this session is for you! Most of us would be very surprised to learn how much the legal hiring market has changed over the past 5 years, therefore knowing what kinds of opportunities exist, where in-house attorneys hear about them, and what you should be doing now so that, if the right opportunity appears—inside your organization or elsewhere—you are prepared to pursue at a moments notice.
Personal branding, professional visibility, and the opportunities that arise through professional networks, referrals, and recruiter relationships play an even larger role in how attorneys learn about, and pursue new roles than ever before.
In this practical discussion, Candice Reed and Megan Grossman of Latitude—joined by Marissa Martin, Deputy General Counsel of Beacon Bank—will share insights from their daily work in the legal hiring market and discuss how in-house counsel can stay relevant and well-positioned for future opportunities. The conversation will explore how attorneys can strengthen their professional visibility, align their professional narrative, and position themselves to recognize and pursue opportunities—whether inside their organization or elsewhere.
By the end of this session, attendees will gain practical guidance on how to maintain professional visibility and position yourself effectively in today’s legal job market. Sign up below.
