Oh, the Yates Memo. The bane of every in-house counsel’s existence. First it was born, then it was dead, then it was resurrected, and now it’s…dead again? In this engaging program, the CLE Performer, Stuart Teicher explores the meaning of the Yates Memo, the way it’s morphed over the years, and where it might be going in the future.
