Each session lasts 30 minutes, featuring a podcast-style 1:1 discussion led by one of ACC Europe’s country representatives. Live viewers also have the chance to join the conversation and ask their own questions. About Francisca:
Francisca Comiche, General Counsel at Rabobank Group in the Netherlands, based in Utrecht. Rabobank is the second largest bank in the Netherlands and provides worldwide financial services through its offices and subsidiaries in more than 20 countries with approximately 44,000 employees. Rabobank is a cooperative bank with a mission, “Growing a better world together”.
In 1995 Francisca graduated from the University of Utrecht with two masters in Dutch and International Law. In 1998 she started at DLL, a subsidiary of Rabobank mainly focused of Vendor Finance, leasing, factoring and asset financing. Building the company and the legal function, I served DLL for over 22 years, lastly as the General Counsel of DLL International. In 2020 I joined Rabobank Group as General Counsel. The Legal function encompasses over 400 lawyers and paralegals worldwide.
