Overview (Program Summary)
This dynamic panel will explore deepfakes and the risks they pose to corporations, courts and society. We will explore real-world examples, ranging from fraud to fake evidence, and from disinformation to election interference. We will also address cybersecurity, deepfake detection capabilities, new digital evidence rules, and other tools to help in-house counsel and business leaders effectively deal with deepfakes in this AI world.
