A program hosted by:
ACC NortheastPlease join ACC Northeast and Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, Inc. for an important webinar on BURNOUT!
Burnout is a significant concern within the legal profession, with many in-house attorneys contemplating leaving their careers due to its impact. While stress is an inherent part of any legal practice, it is essential to recognize when it escalates to levels that compromise mental, emotional, and physical health.
- As you and your Legal teams push to meet increasingly challenging goals and timelines, would you be able to recognize the difference between “normal busy/tired” and being at risk of burnout?
- Would actionable strategies to help you and your teams learn how to develop skills and practices that are proven to help manage the factors that can lead to burnout be helpful?
ACC Northeast and Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, Inc. are partnering for a series of webinars to help empower lawyers to balance near term work pressure with long term health and happiness.
Starting with the March webinar, Dr. Shawn Healy will deliver an in-depth presentation on burnout, including its definition, common signs and symptoms, and the potential effects on both personal well-being and professional performance. He will also provide practical strategies to prevent burnout and actionable steps to improve overall well-being for those already experiencing its challenges.
