Benjamin co-heads the Employment Practice Group at Drew & Napier. He is a Director in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups. He is Head, Healthcare & Life Sciences – Corporate & Regulatory, and is also a member of the Telecommunications Media and Technology and Information Technology Practice Group. Benjamin’s practice includes a strong emphasis on employment law, and he regularly advises clients on the full range of employment issues in the course of an employment relationship, including reviewing employment contracts and handbooks and policies, employee stock option plans, trade unions and collective agreements, to retrenchment and termination of employment. These include preparing and reviewing and advising on employment contracts and handbooks and policies, employee stock option plans, disciplinary matters and investigations, restrictive covenants, retrenchments and contentious and non-contentious termination of employment.

Julien Willeme is General Counsel, Legal and Compliance for Boston Scientific in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, a role he has held since November 2022. He is a member of the Asia Pacific regional leadership team and the Legal and Compliance Management Committee. In addition to his legal and compliance role, Julien is the General Manager of Boston Scientific Vietnam. In that capacity, Julien drives business growth across all franchises in Vietnam, and also manages key functions. Prior to joining Boston Scientific, Julien was with Medtronic as Global Chief Counsel, Data and AI Ventures, supporting the R&D organization with a focus on AI and software development. Julien splits his time between Singapore and Ho Chi Ming City, Vietnam.

Gino Bello is a Senior Managing Director of FTI Consulting and leads the Technology segment in Southeast Asia and the Co-Head of Southeast Asia Investigations. A digital forensics expert, Gino has provided expert testimony and reports to courts and governments across Asia-Pacific. Recognised as the Investigations Digital Forensic Expert of the Year in the 2024 Lexology Index, and data expert in the Who’s Who Legal Southeast Asia 2024 report, Gino has over 20 years of experience in Digital Forensics, Cybersecurity, eDiscovery and Litigation Support, and IT. Gino has led a broad range of matters including regulatory investigations, high stakes investigations into data leakage, cross-border disputes, government enquiries, bribery & corruption, incident response, Cyber Risk and Posture Reviews, class actions, white collar crime, and other employee-related misconduct. He is a member of ISFCE, a board member of HTCIA, and has held Australian Government security clearances. Gino has also lectured at prominent universities and co-authored forensic policies and publications.

He also volunteers with the Ministry of Law Legal Aid Bureau and the Law Society Pro Bono Services.
