ACC CharlotteIt’s another momentous year at the U.S. Supreme Court. The Court will consider numerous controversial and consequential cases, including disputes with high stakes for the business community. Former U.S. Supreme Court clerks Mark Hiller and Erik Zimmerman will share their thoughts on the Court’s cases and more. The discussion will include lessons that the cases teach about successful strategies for both appellate and non-appellate litigation.
