Overview (Program Summary)

During this update, B&D Principal Jayni Lanham (Baltimore) and Associate Sara Eddy (San Francisco) will review key OSHA developments from 2024 and look ahead to what employers might expect in 2025. Participants will learn about recent and anticipated rulemaking and policy developments, enforcement and civil penalty trends, key judicial decisions, State Plan developments, and practical tips for employers as they begin the new year.

Jayni Lanham

B&D Principal Jayni Lanham counsels companies in a variety of industries on regulatory compliance and represents them in litigation and enforcement proceedings related to a broad range of federal and state EHS laws. Jayni is a leader of Beveridge & Diamond’s Occupational Safety and Health group.

Sarah Eddy

B&D Associate Sara Eddy assists with matters including hazardous waste, e-waste, and ESG laws. Sara also advises on product compliance issues at various levels. She has counseled clients in environmental permitting and project development at the state and federal levels.
