Program Description:
This informative session will provide tips and best practice for using artificial intelligence tools on legal work, including research, drafting, notetaking, and analysis. The session will also identify ethical, and privacy concerns associated with the use of AI on legal work and offer suggestions to manage risk associated with the use of AI while maximizing the effectiveness of available tools.
Discussion Topics and Objectives include:
- Introduction/ AI Tools and Research (15 minutes)
- Ethical Implications (15 minutes)
- Accountability and Communications (15 minutes)
- AI and Contract Drafting (15 minutes)
