Program Description: Where the Silicon Meets the Road as organizations begin adopting and using generative AI tools, attorneys must be prepared to advise their organizations and clients on the implications of such adoption. This program discusses the implications of generative AI adoption, including what it is and how it’s used, what risks use entails, and what discoverable ESI may come from such sources.
Discussion Topics and Objectives include:
- Introduction and Uses of Generative AI (20 minutes)
- Common Risks of Using AI and Discoverable ESI (25 minutes)
- Best Policies and Practices for Protection (15 minutes)
We encourage members to bring an associate or colleague that may be interested in joining the ACC Mid-America Chapter.
