Please join us for a discussion of labor and employment law considerations for recruiting. The panel will cover legal requirements and evolving best practices in light of the current enforcement priorities articulated by federal government stakeholders. Attendees will better understand the fundamental principles governing the recruiting process and important nuances to keep in mind.

Bridget Blinn-Spears, Shareholder at Maynard Nexsen: Bridget is a seasoned litigator who helps employers navigate the complexities and peculiarities of managing each unique workforce.
