Program Summary: 
This presentation highlights the most significant changes in intellectual property law over the past year, with a focus on what matters most for in-house counsel. We’ll unpack the USPTO’s new hurdle to post grant challenges, the (resulting?) surge in ex parte reexaminations, and other key patent law changes. We’ll also explore trademark and copyright law changes providing practical takeaways in a changing landscape.
