Cultivating Resilience in Challenging Times

Join us at Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica on October 29 for an engaging program on resilience and well-being.

Moderated by Mintz Special Counsel Nada Shamonki, our distinguished panel will explore what resilience means and why it matters, the shared responsibilities of organizations and individuals, and practical tools such as mindfulness and breathwork. Attendees will also be invited in a guided breath practice and have a chance to reflect and share insights.

Our distinguished panelists include:

  • Jill Kalliomaa, General Legal Counsel and Well-Being Advocate
  • Laurie Cappello, Mindfulness In Law Society Executive Director & New England Chapter Co-Chair

Join us for an engaging evening on resilience starting with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres before the panel and stay for cocktails and dessert afterward. It’s a great chance to meet our guest speakers, exchange ideas and connect with fellow professionals. We can’t wait to welcome you to an inspiring event.
