This presentation will provide a brief overview of eNGO citizen suit litigation under federal environmental laws and the legal underpinnings for eNGOs to stand in the shoes of the Environmental Protection Agency as “private attorneys general.”  The speakers will cover key strategies for avoiding and defending a civil suit if one is brought against a company.
