ACC St. LouisJoin the ACC St Louis Litigation PAN and Ogletree Deakins for a virtual program "Practical Steps for Navigating a New Federal Enforcement Era: Building Legally Defensible Employment Decisions" on Wednesday, November 5th via Zoom.
As the EEOC and other federal agencies intensify enforcement efforts, employers are seeing a resurgence of litigation over hiring, promotion, and pay practices.
This session will explore how recent cases underscore the importance of data-driven compliance and proactive risk mitigation.
Attendees will gain practical guidance on:
- Building legally defensible employment decisions through privileged, attorney-directed bias testing,
