Rodrigo Monroy
Deputy General Counsel, TTEC
Rodrigo is currently TTEC’s Deputy General Counsel. He is also the Chair of TTEC’s Responsible AI Council and held the Chief Counsel International position for many years as well as the Chief Counsel role for TTEC Digital, the Tech side of the company. Rodrigo is a seasoned attorney with more than three decades of in-depth international experience in LATAM, EMEA and APAC. Before TTEC, Rodrigo was the General Counsel of a publicly traded mining company dealing with SEC and securities issues, environmental and social activism matters in a foreign country. In his early career, Rodrigo spent many years in private practice with top law firms in Mexico City and Denver working in the Telco, M&A and Entertainment practices, and eventually moved in-house with then Tech giant, Sun Microsystems and other tech companies, such as VMWare and Oracle. Rodrigo’s hobbies are skiing and biking, taking full advantage of Colorado’s weather and terrain.

Jason Seay
Experienced Healthcare, Data Privacy and AI Governance Attorney
Jason is a health care, data privacy, and security lawyer with 18+ years of experience in both private and government sectors. Jason has held CIPP/US certification since 2018 and is currently pursuing the IAPP's AI governance certification. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2007 and was awarded a health law certificate with his doctorate. After working with clients in the health care and insurance spaces in private practice, Jason served as an assistant attorney general for Oklahoma, where he focused on health care law enforcement, policy, litigation, and data privacy. He has since gained diverse legal experience across the country, working as in-house counsel to major health systems, global medical practices, and health data-driven companies. Jason's expertise includes HIPAA compliance, fraud, waste, and abuse law compliance, data privacy and security, AI governance, international data transactions, and the commercialization of anonymized and protected data. Jason also provides advice and counsel on data governance and compliance program creation and implementation.
