Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC EuropeCompanies compete to recruit and retain talent. Hence, even if they do not compete in the production and/or distribution of goods and services, companies may be competitors in the labor market. Competition authorities are increasingly interested in labor related agreements, investigating and sanctioning anticompetitive agreements such as no-poach or wage-fixing agreements.
Join ACC Europe and GA_P for an in-depth session exploring the latest developments in this evolving area of law. During the event, we will examine key legal and regulatory updates, offering practical insights on how to identify and mitigate risks associated with these types of agreements.
Our panel of distinguished speakers will draw from their direct experiences to deliver a well-rounded, actionable discussion. By addressing the topic from multiple vantage points, including the perspective of the authorities, in-house counsel, and outside legal advisors, they will provide a comprehensive, 360-degree view of the challenges and opportunities in this space.
This session is designed to equip legal professionals with the tools and awareness necessary to navigate complex agreements efficiently and with confidence.
Afterwards, we would be very pleased to welcome you to the walking lunch hosted by ACC Europe and GA_P.
