No company ever wants a government regulator or law enforcement official to investigate its business, but every company should have a strategy in case it happens. A panel of two former federal prosecutors, a FBI Special Agent, and a Section Chief for the Financial Crimes and Public Corruption Section at the US Attorney's Office will outline how government investigations proceed and what companies should think about if they ever become involved in a government-related investigation. This presentation will pull the curtain back on government investigations, giving in-house counsel a roadmap of what to expect and how to handle them.

Just like Arizona’s weather, cybersecurity promises to be a hot topic in 2025. Join this panel led by a former DOJ cyber fraud prosecutor to discuss cybersecurity trends for 2025. The panel will include cover novel threats posed by increasingly sophisticated bad actors, the DOJ’s civil cyber fraud initiative and what that means for companies and their cybersecurity protocols, and best practices for remaining vigilant. This panel will be joined by FBI Special Agent Martin Hellmer.
