Featuring a candid discussion with Hon. Janet Sanders (Ret.), Mediator and Arbitrator at JAMS, and Benjamin Wojcik, Senior Director, Head of Litigation at Covetrus and former litigator, this webinar will look at the pros and cons of mediation for in-house counsel, and touch upon how to decide if mediation is right for your company's dispute, demystify the mediator selection process, and explore merits of virtual versus in-person sessions.
Judge Sanders will share real life examples she has seen come before her on the bench and share insight into how those situations could have been avoided. Ben Wojcik will explore his experience with ADR from an in-house perspective. Attendees are encouraged to bring their specific question as this is intended to be an interactive webinar.
