Nonetheless, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission reports that harassing conduct remains a serious workplace problem, so much so that recently, on April 29, 2024, it issued new guidance for employers. Nicole Farrell and Sara Jones will analyze why harassment remains an issue today, even in the era of remote work, review examples of what is considered harassing conduct, and discuss what companies need to know to protect themselves from liability.
