Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC EuropeOn behalf of ACC Europe, we invite you to a roundtable discussion on dispute resolution with Claudia Salomon, President of the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration, hosted by EY in London.
Arbitration, a private dispute resolution method, offers confidentiality, flexibility, expertise, efficiency, and enforceability. It is particularly preferred for international disputes due to the enforceability of awards under the New York Convention. The ICC International Court of Arbitration oversees key steps, from filing to award scrutiny, ensuring a robust framework for resolving disputes.
This is a unique opportunity to engage in a natural and informal conversation about dispute resolution needs and strategic conflict management, while also receiving the latest updates from the ICC Court. Claudia will address your questions and insights during the discussion.
Our discussion will be followed with the opportunity to network over refreshments.
(Doors are open from 17:00)
