Join us for an exciting panel session with CEO’s and Non-Executive Directors from across Industry.
The panel will share their views on how Legal teams can continue to add value to business, whilst dealing with the constantly changing legislative and business landscape.
As part of the panel we have confirmed Greg Dyer, CEO of Sydney Fish Market and Mark Dewar, Senior Managing Director of FTI Consulting, Jane McKellar, non-executive director in both public and private companies in both Australia and the US, and Brent Cubis, Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member and CFO Advisor.
Following the session there will be networking opportunities with light refreshments provided.

Mark Dewar - Senior Managing Director & Australian Practice Leader, FTI Consulting
Mark Dewar is the leader of the Australian practice of FTI Consulting, a multidisciplinary business advisory firm helping organisations manage change, mitigate risk and resolve disputes: financial, legal, operational, political & regulatory, reputational and transactional.
Day to day Mark helps clients who are undergoing significant change - throughout or as a result of a transaction, or through a period of under-performance. Mark advises on complex financial restructurings, preparing or reviewing forecasts, providing cash management and performance improvement services and advising investors who have exposure to, or are looking to invest in underperforming or distressed assets.
Greg Dyer, CEO, Sydney Fish Market
Greg is a broadly experienced senior executive with focus on leadership, strategy, organizational change, community engagement and liaison.
He has an extensive background in high profile private and public enterprises, including ASX listed Mirvac Group, FKP Property and APN News and Media. Greg spent four years in the Local Government sector as the CEO of City of Parramatta Council, leading the development of Parramatta as the central city in the GSC’s three city model and successfully instigating the city-defining $2b Parramatta Square urban renewal project.
Jane McKellar, Independent Non-Executive Director, NRMA
Jane is an experienced non-executive director in both public and private companies in Australia and the US with extensive customer-focused, brand, marketing and digital experience across a number of high-profile, global brands. Jane's executive experience as both a CEO and Chief Marketing Officer spans the consumer focused FMCG, luxury and retail industries and she is one of the original 'digital natives' in Australia. She has held senior roles in Unilever, Microsoft, Elizabeth Arden and Stila Corporation. Jane joined the NRMA board in 2019 as a Non-Executive Director, is also an Non-Executive Director for McPherson’s and Director of Noumi Limited and Director of GWA Group Limited.
Jane’s executive experience spans the consumer-focused FMCG, Luxury, Retail and Digital / E-commerce industries as a CEO and CMO, with senior roles in Unilever, Microsoft, Ninemsn, Elizabeth Arden and Stila Corp. She has extensive global experience in Asia, Europe and N America.
Jane has built a strong reputation over the years for mentoring, leading teams and transforming businesses in difficulty back on the road to profitability and growth.
Brent Cubis, Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member and CFO Advisor
Brent is a Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member and CFO advisor with over 20 years board level experience with particular focus in the healthcare, advanced manufacturing, media, property, hospitality NFP and most recently Fintech sectors. At board level he helps generate value for companies from decades of experience in fast growing companies via M&A, innovated funding and profit improvement through both revenue expansion and cost saving programs. Board level highlights include: NED & Chair of Audit & Risk Committee for A2B, EML Payments, Silverchain, Canteen, Prime Media and Carbon Cybernetics; Director for 20 global subsidiaries at Cochlear; President and Hon. Treasurer of Old Ignatians Union; Global MBA Advisory Board at Macquarie University; Director and Mentor/ Fundraiser at Can Too Foundation; Alumni Advisory Board at UNSW Business School.
