Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC Northeast OhioThis program will offer two perspectives on managing the corporate litigation process.
The first half will be presented by firm-side attorneys who manage litigation. The speakers will cover what in-house counsel needs to know about preventing and responding to litigation, and how to best work with their outside firm throughout the process.
During the second portion of the program, The Hon. J. Philip Calabrese will share a behind-the-bench perspective on how in-house counsel can best prepare themselves and their outside counsel for litigation.
