The term "psychological safety" gets thrown around a ton. But what does it really mean? In this workshop, you'll build a concrete understanding of what it means to create psychological safety in a team, increase your awareness of its importance in collaboration and innovation, and brainstorm small experiments for how to build more of it for yourself and others.
