Helena Ledic

Helena Ledic, Associate General Counsel, CSC Global

Helena Ledic is an Associate General Counsel with CSC, based in Chicago. Helena is a corporate attorney advising senior management, multi-national corporations and law firms on business, legal, strategy and technology matters. Helena is the immediate past chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Corporate and Securities Network and is a regular ACC panelist on topics involving legal ethics, SaaS, and security and non-disclosure agreements including speaking at the ACC Annual Meeting. She is also a board member of ACC Chicago.  She is a frequent guest speaker at law firms and paralegal organizations on best practices regarding corporate and financial filings.  She is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and is licensed in Illinois.

Jeff Brown

Jeffrey Brown,

Jeff Brown manages a team of legal and privacy professionals responsible for TELUS International’s global privacy, global data governance, AI governance, and anti-bribery and corruption programs, as well as providing public-company Board and C-suite counsel for real estate matters and strategic deals. Jeff Chairs the TI (U.S.) Retirement Savings Plan Committee and acts as a director on several subsidiary boards. Jeff holds certifications in privacy from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and previously held certification as a corporate governance professional from the Society for Corporate Governance.Prior to his current role, Jeff held leadership positions with TTEC, HP, EDS, and law firm roles with Lathrop & Gage, Dickinson Wright, and Winston & Strawn. Jeff is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel Colorado Board of Directors, and volunteers with The Friends of Red Rocks, and various charities focused on poverty alleviation.Jeff holds a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and studied at the Ross School of Business.



Amy Keenan, Senior Corporate Counsel, Camping World

Amy Keenan is Senior Products Counsel at Camping World and Good Sam (CWGS). She specializes in marketing, IP and commercial contracts. Before joining the CWGS team, she spent 17 years as counsel for Elevance Health (formerly known as Anthem, Inc.), the parent company of Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Amy has been an active member of the Chicago Chapter of ACC and served as Chapter President in 2021 and has also been active on the Programs, Membership, Street Law and Celebration Event committees. Additionally she has served on several committees with the International Trademark Association (INTA), most recently the Commercialization of Brands committee. Amy attended Butler University for her undergraduate degree and Indiana University Mauer School of Law and is licensed to practice in Illinois.

PJ SMITH

Phillip "P.J." Smith, Senior Director, Litigation & Compliance, Advanced Energy

Phillip "P.J." Smith is Senior Director, Litigation & Compliance Counsel at the Denver headquarters of Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (“AE”). Founded in Colorado in 1981, AE is a publicly-traded technology manufacturer delivering highly engineered, precision power conversion, measurement and control solutions for the semiconductor equipment, industrial production, medical and life sciences, data center, networking, and telecommunications industries. For the legal team, P.J. guides AE’s global operations on litigation, compliance, employment and privacy matters. Before joining AE, he was executive counsel with GE Aviation (now GE Aerospace) over more than a decade in roles responsible for compliance, litigation, and corporate projects, and was a litigation partner with Vorys, a large regional firm in Ohio. P.J. is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School (cum laude) and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio (summa cum laude). Outside of work, P.J. can be found enjoying Colorado’s outdoors from the Highline Canal to the ski slopes with his wife Nancy and their dogs.
