Aron Rattew, General Counsel, Challenger Limited 
 
Aron is General Counsel of Challenger Limited, an ASX listed financial services company whose purpose is to provide customers with financial security for a better retirement.  Aron is passionate about optimising legal operations and his team has recently implemented Lawcadia as its matter management system.  Prior to joining Challenger in 2014, Aron worked for Ashurst in Sydney and Slaughter and May in London.
 

Jemima Harris

Jemima Harris, Acting General Counsel, Megaport

Jemima has worked in and with in-house legal teams globally for 20 years and is proudly a certified legal ops nerd. An expert in legal operations, strategy, transformation and continuous improvement, she is known for her pragmatic approach. Jemima is currently Acting General Counsel at Megaport, an ASX listed global tech company, and Co-Founder and Director of Invia Legal Operations.
 

Matthew Morosin

Matthew Morosin, Director, Deloitte LMC and LMS

Matt leads Deloitte’s Australian Legal Management Consulting and Legal Managed Services practice. Matt is passionate about transforming and optimising the delivery of legal services, including through process improvement, utilising technology, right sourcing and harnessing the power of data to drive strategic decision making. He is also a Teaching Fellow at the College of Law, delivering the Legal Operations unit as part of the Masters of Legal Business. 

Matt started his career as an IP and technology lawyer, where he held both private practice and in-house roles. Prior to Deloitte, Matt worked at a leading alternative legal services provider, where his work with clients was recognised by the Associate of Corporate Counsel’s Value Champion award and listed as a finalist in various Financial Times Innovative Lawyer APAC awards. 

Matt’s unique experience and skillset enable him to assist organisations to identify the “why” behind their existing challenges and provide innovative, sustainable and pragmatic solutions that deliver true, measurable value.
 

Sacha Kirk

Sacha Kirk - Moderator - Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, Lawcadia

Sacha is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Lawcadia, a two-sided cloud-based platform that in-house legal teams and their law firms use for intake and triage, matter and spend management, as well as collaboration and reporting. Sacha is passionate about transformation in the legal industry and applies creative thinking processes, strategy, and design thinking to identifying pain points and developing innovative solutions.

A recipient of multiple industry awards, Sacha is an advocate for legal technology innovation and women in leadership.
