Overview (Program Summary)
Supercharge your legal service delivery using process automation in O365
If you’ve missed out on the LTIC Masterclass at National Conference in November 2022, don’t stress – we’ve got you!
Back by popular demand, our LTIC Gurus: Graeme Grovum (legal automation specialist) and Daniel Giles (lean six sigma, Black Belt) will provide the expertise and guidance to enable participants (even those with no prior experience) to design and build one shiny new legal automation app for their in-house practice.
BYOD, boot up your organisation's O365 suite and join the LITC crew for a fun, fabulous, and fruitful three hours!
Workshop registration includes two pre-workshop recommended consultations:
1 x Tech consult with Guru Graeme to confirm you have access to the O365 technology required for the workshop (15 mins); and
1 x Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) consult with Guru Daniel to support your app design (15 mins)
(If you are registering 2 or more people from your team, you can contact Graeme and Daniel to book a longer session together)

Speakers
Graeme Grovum, Head of Technology and Client Solutions, Allens
I am a legal technologist who leverages deep understanding of legal process and love of new technologies to deliver exceptional results in novel ways.
I lead Arrow Direct, Allens' service line for clients running their own matters who need technology, consulting, and/or review support. During my 20 years in the legal and financial services industries I have worked with 100s of local and international clients on large-scale discovery matters and digital transformation projects, focused on improving client outcomes through process improvement and the thoughtful application of technology. For example, to address an issue routinely confronting many of my ediscovery clients, I devised and patented a computer implemented method of assessing the searchability of electronic documents.
I regularly speak about digital transformation for the legal industry at conferences such as the IBA Annual Conference, the ACC Annual Conference, and the Law Society of NSW FLIP Conference. My work has been recognised in the Legal Innovation Index and by the Financial Times’ Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyer Awards.
