Overview (Program Summary)
Today's in-house counsel face technology-related ethical and compliance issues that barely existed a few years ago. In this program, panelists will review these issues and present realistic scenarios based on ethical and compliance considerations such as ransomware, social media, start-ups, AI, potential OFAC violations and other issues faced by in-house counsel. The panelists will offer suggestions on how to deal with internal business partners, regulators and vendors.
