In-Person - Practical usage of digitisation: technology-supported Compliance and Investigation work showcased in the context of the latest EU regulatory developments

Torsten Wolf has many years of experience in investigating fraudulent activities and complex fraud cases in private companies across different sectors and public institutions. He has worked worldwide, with a focus on Europe and Germany and specializes in the implementation of compliance projects with a focus on the prevention and/or identification of fraud, corruption and bribers, e.g. in the context of transactions or reviews of internal control and compliance systems. 

Lucas Clair leads Control Risks' Forensic Technology practice in the EU from the Frankfurt office. He has many years of experience in digital forensics, eDiscovery and forensic data analysis. His skills include using technology to support special investigations, M&A transactions and bankruptcies. This includes large-scale and targeted data backups as well as the application of machine learning methods to optimize the efficiency of eReviews. In addition to his technical skills, he has experience in implementing and advising on data protection issues, particularly regarding GDPR requirements in global projects.
