Interim, virtual, electronic, hybrid and the like - has corporate governance become any easier under the new law?
We will present and discuss a selection of key issues and novelties relevant to corporate governance and related processes in Swiss group companies.
For example, we will compare established governance processes and forms with novel and more flexible approaches, both with respect to board and shareholder matters, presenting pros, cons, opportunities and challenges.
As the new law is applied in practice, new approaches and trends can be observed and best practices evolve, also in exchange with notaries, commercial registers and other stakeholders. We would like to seize the opportunity to share first insights and findings, discuss with the audience, and get a Q&A with the aim of fostering exchange and providinig practical guidance.
