ACC North FloridaWe will start the evening with a one-hour CLE program presented by co-leader of Jackson Lewis' Privacy, Data and Cybersecurity Practice Group, Joseph Lazzarotti. Technology is developing faster than it ever has. As usual, the law lags behind but evolves nonetheless as legislatures work to harness technology’s benefits while minimizing its risks. The presentation will cover several AI, biometrics and surveillance technologies, along with corresponding legal risks in the workplace, providing key practical considerations that should be in every in-house counsel’s back pocket.
The evening will continue with a cocktail reception to celebrate all the work we have achieved this year. There will be plenty of food, drinks and good cheer to go around!
