Overview (Program Summary)

We are delighted to extend to you our invitation to an exclusive event tailored for corporate counsel, centered around the topic of "Artificial intelligence” and how it can be used in Investigations and Legal Cases.

Large Language Models like ChatGPT took the world by storm and, while people have mixed feelings about such tools that range from excitement, to uncertainty as well as concerns around accuracy, companies are in a rush to try and find Use cases to leverage generative AI for their business.

In this session, we want to explore three topics that are affecting the work of corporate counsel in relation to AI:

  • First, we will give you a non-technical friendly and easy to understand overview about the latest AI developments that are currently generating lots of noise.
  • Second, we will explore specific Use cases on how AI might revolutionize the work of corporate counsel in the near future with a special focus on internal and external investigations.
  • And third, we will look at the regulatory framework around AI, like the new Trusted AI act in Europe, and how it will impact the role of a corporate counsel.

In our session, we will show you practical examples from successful AI-driven investigations, but we will also talk about the risks and common misconceptions about AI which can lead to dangerous approaches.

This event aims to provide you with invaluable insights into the current landscape surrounding AI in investigations, equipping you with the knowledge and perspectives necessary to make informed decisions and effectively harness the potential of AI in your legal strategies.
