ACC NortheastCounsel everywhere are facing new and unique ethical challenges due to rapidly changing business environments resulting from the current economic climate to technological advances. This webinar will focus on in-house counsel's ethical responsibilities surrounding corporate structures, technology matters, and community service.
ACC Northeast and CSC are pleased to bring this virtual program which will include a review of relevant ABA model rules and other guidance and discuss scenarios, including AI, involving our ethical responsibilities as attorneys while working as in-house counsel.
