Speakers

Erin Gerner - Speaker

Erin is a wife, mom to 2 amazing daughters, and former lawyer turned life coach for attorneys. After finding herself drowning under high pressure and suffering from chronic anxiety, she left the law to pursue success on her terms. Knowing that there was a better way, she created Erin Gerner Coaching to provide to other attorneys what she desperately needed in her years of practice. Through a decade-long journey of self-discovery, Erin has developed the tools to help lawyers break free from toxic legal narratives. Erin shows her fellow lawyers that they are not alone and provides them with the support and tools they need to get back in the driver’s seat of their lives. By empowering her clients to form boundaries based on values, eliminate overwhelm and embrace the imperfect ebb and flow of life, they are creating successful lives and careers according to their own terms - an ethos that Erin encourages through her work with law firms and legal departments of all sizes. She also works with attorneys 1:1 via her program, the Imperfect Lawyer.
