Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Australia

Since the interim budget in October last year, the Australian economy has shown more resilience than expected. However, with continued pressure on interest rates and the cost of living, everyday Australians and businesses are still feeling the pinch.

Whether spending pressures mean the Government may need to address calls for broader tax reform remains to be seen, such as changes to capital gains tax concessions or the taxation of superannuation.

For gas producers, will the Government increase the Petroleum Resource Rent Tax?

So what will the 2023 Budget deliver?
