Program Description:  

As we deal with the lingering effects of the pandemic and more employees return to work in person, employers are receiving an ever-increasing number of requests for Accommodation.  This session will provide an update on the law of accommodations, best practices for the interactive process, and common issues employers face while navigating providing accommodations. 

Course Outline:

• ADA Overview (5 minutes)
• Recent Updates on Accommodations (15 min)
• Best Practices in the Interactive Process (20 min)
• Common Pitfalls (20 min)
