In today’s fast-moving environment, companies must plan for the next crisis or risk falling behind. A corporate crisis can unfold over the course of a few hours on social media and rapidly generate media attention, litigation, state and federal regulatory inquiries, and—quite often—an “invitation” to testify before Congress.
