Marriott City Center Hotel, Minneapolis
Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC MinnesotaArtificial Intelligence and Machine Learning – Usage Rights and Protection Strategies
Join us at the Marriott City Center Hotel in downtown Minneapolis on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, for this timely discussion! Artificial intelligence tools, including generative AI systems such as ChatGPT and DALL-E, are at a stage of rapid evolution and improvement. We will review a few of these tools, as well as discuss IP (patent and copyright) ownership and data privacy issues associated with usage. We will then take a look at the patent landscape for artificial intelligence and machine learning systems and discuss with local IP counsel strategies for identification and protection of software-driven processes, including machine learning and artificial intelligence-assisted business processes.
After the program, enjoy food and beverages while you process your learnings with the presenters and your ACC peers.
