Overview:

Business conditions including labor market shortages, real estate, and the pandemic have caused business to re-imagine their employment models.  Some companies have been essentially forced into multi-jurisdictional situations because they go where the talent is, even if it is remote or abroad.   Other companies incentivize return to office conditions with carrots and sticks.  This CLE will focus on lessons learned over the past 2.5 years and provide best practices for the future from an employment and immigration compliance perspective.
