Post-Pandemic Remote Work: A Productivity Boom or a Collaboration Destroyer? The Advantages and Pitfalls of Remote, Hybrid, and In-Person Models

In this interactive discussion, we will examine whether the conventional wisdom – that employees are more productive but less collaborative when working remotely – has proven to be true. Join attorneys from Littler’s South Carolina office to engage in a meaningful conversation regarding trends in post-pandemic workforces, and both the advantages and pitfalls of remote, hybrid, and in-person models. As companies continue to implement strategies for transitioning back to in-person work environments, we will explore the legal challenges that can arise, and how to effectively keep your workforce engaged and productive.

Schedule:

• 3:30 to 4:00 pm – Registration

• 4:00 to 5:00 pm – CLE program

• 5:00 to 6:00 pm – Networking & Cocktail Reception

Speakers: Bill Foster, Katie Towery, & Ben Hepner of Littler and Lauren Satterfield, Deputy General Counsel of Delta Apparel
