Overview (Program Summary)
Contract and document management are critical activities for in house counsel. Systems to manage these can be extremely costly and time consuming to implement. These systems are usually outside of the reach of the legal department’s budget. Most companies have a Microsoft license which includes the use of SharePoint and an IT team which can be tapped for development. SharePoint could be a great existing resource (read: free to you) to make your in house life a little easier. Join us for a session to explore the use of SharePoint for contract and document management. This is a beginner (don’t know where to start) to intermediate (utilize some features of SharePoint, looking to explore more) user level session.
