Employment Law Update: The Year in Review

Program Description:  The past year has seen employers face challenges with an increasing return to in-person work, a number of new initiatives and regulatory changes from federal agencies, as well numerous new cases addressing various areas of employment law. During this CLE, we will cover the key updates employers need to know about as well as best practices for dealing with current employment law trends. 

Course Outline:

• Return to work issues (10 minutes)
• Regulatory and agency actions (25 minutes)
• Recent court decisions (15 minutes)
• Legal updates (10 minutes)

We encourage members to bring an associate or colleague that may be interested in joining the ACC Mid-America Chapter.
