ACC NortheastIn-house counsel are facing new and unique ethical challenges arising from a rapidly changing business and technology environment. ACC Northeast and CSC are pleased to bring this virtual program to our members at a time when they are facing more and more challenges in our 24/7 digital world. The program will focus on technology and in-house counsel's ethical responsibilities surrounding agreements, compliance and data.
Featuring a panel of in-house counsel from various industries, the program will include a review of relevant ABA model rules and other ABA and state bar association guidance. Beyond that review, these panelists will discuss realistic scenarios that in-house counsel face that include AI, workplace communication tools, data monetization and WFH challenges all while operating within our ethical obligations.
