Program Description:  In this presentation, two members of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP’s award-winning privacy and data-security practice will cover the most important privacy- and security-related legislative trends and pending bills affecting companies in the Midwest, and what companies can do to prepare for upcoming legal obligations. They will also provide an update on cybercrime trends and the most important ways that companies can guard against cyber-attacks.
