All members of RTAC-ACC and their guests are cordially invited to attend the Annual Dinner (and Meeting) of the Research Triangle Area Chapter – Association of Corporate Counsel on Friday, November 11, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary, NC
Stylish and contemporary, the Five-Star Umstead Hotel and Spa is the premier location in the Triangle and leads you down a serene path of art, nature and wellness. It is tucked away alongside Carolina pine trees overlooking a three-acre lake and adjacent to one of North Carolina’s best nature parks. The evening will begin with time to network and enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by dinner with pre-selected entrees. There is an open bar including selected wine, beer and soft drinks.

The Annual Meeting of the Research Triangle Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel for the election of eight members of the Board of Directors will be held on November 11, 2022, at 7:00 pm, at The Umstead Hotel, Cary, North Carolina.
