Overview:

This presentation will provide an update on the evolving state of the market regarding drafting for fraud carve-outs to limited recourse agreements.  The implications of a generic carve-out to limitations of recourse "in the case of fraud" may be broader than expected.  Learn the risks, ways to more precisely tailor a fraud carve-out, and the reasons why it is an important point to consider.
