Yoga is a wonderful tool for managing stress and offers both physical and mental health support for participants. A great way to start off the new Year! This yoga and mindfulness program has been designed for ACC-WI members by Gwen Koscinski, E-RYT Yoga and is for all levels…no previous yoga experience required.
