Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC National Capital Region

A merger or acquisition is stressful under the best of circumstances. Add to that the complexities that come with government contracting and you have a potential recipe for disaster if the deal team has not factored in the myriad of regulatory consideration. In this program, the panel will share war stories, best practices, and pitfalls to watch out for including:

·        Unique regulatory filings including ITAR and CFIUS;

·        Security clearance concerns and navigating FOCI and DCSA issues;

·        Advanced due diligence items including schedule contract pitfalls such as price reduction clauses and prevailing wages; and

·        Common landmines that significantly delay or blow up deals.

Interest Area(s): Government

Speakers

Presented by Gunjan Talati and Kelsey Donnalley, Partners at Kilpatrick Townsend and Stockton and Keith Coleman, Attorney Manager at Accenture Federal Services.
